15 - Morning's Glory
|
The saltmarsh morning-glory (Ipomoea sagittata) is one of many morning-glories found throughout the Everglades. While it is native to the Everglades and the southeast United States, it has been listed as an exotic noxious weed in both Arkansas and Arizona. In a system such as the Everglades where exotic species are so plentiful, it is interesting to note that a locally native species can be classified as an invasive elsewhere.
